Job Description: Supply Chain Graduate Internship – Planning & Logistics
This 10-12 week summer internship offers a unique and multi-faceted experience within the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics team at AT&T.
Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor performance: Monitor vendor performance against established targets, ensuring critical quality, delivery, and logistics objectives are met.
• Problem-solving: Provide solutions for complex problems, leveraging data analysis and in-depth evaluations of various factors.
• Project management: Lead high-impact quality projects, demonstrating expertise in methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and TL9000.
• Financial modeling: Develop financial models, including present mode of operation (PMO) and future mode of operation (FMO), to determine business cases for deals and vendor comparisons.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Data analysis: Utilize data from multiple sources to develop financial and operational models.
• Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to different audiences.
• Leadership: Lead and manage stakeholder relationships with diverse goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduation by Spring 2026 is required.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
• Project management experience: Experience leading high-impact quality projects, demonstrating knowledge of methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and TL9000.
• Financial modeling: Experience developing financial models, including PMO and FMO, to assess business cases and compare vendors.
• Problem-solving: Ability to manage projects, processes, and procedures to successful completion.
• Multitasking & problem-solving: Strong ability to multitask, manage issues, solve problems, and achieve results.
• Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
• Leadership & stakeholder management: Proven ability to lead others and manage relationships with stakeholders with varying goals.
• Industry experience: Background in telecommunications, high-technology, or related industries is preferred.
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $80,000 per year
