• Team: Works closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and fellow Store Team Members, who provide support and guidance throughout the program.
• Mission: To thoroughly develop and prepare Management Interns to confidently step into a management role in the near future by building a deep understanding of Menards’ business operations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Participate in a comprehensive, hands-on 12-week Management Internship program specifically designed for career development in retail.
• Learn: Develop a deep understanding of Menards’ business operations, guided by the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• Enhance: Cultivate and strengthen essential organizational, communication, and time management skills through practical, on-the-job training.
• Gain: Acquire practical, real-world management experience, forming a solid foundation for a future leadership role within the company.
• Prepare: Be thoroughly prepared to confidently transition into a management role within a growing company upon successful completion of the program.
