What You’ll Actually Do

• Skill Development: Focus on developing and enhancing stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills throughout the duration of the program.
• Management Experience: Gain valuable hands-on management experience through direct involvement in store operations and team leadership.
• Career Preparation: Complete a structured 12-week Management Internship program aimed at preparing you to assume a management role in the near future.
