• Mission: To provide students with relevant practical experience in a variety of accounting, tax, and audit functions through direct training and client engagement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform: Execute audit procedures as directed on client engagements.
• Prepare: Assist in the compilation and preparation of various tax returns.
• Research: Conduct investigations into accounting, tax, and audit-related matters for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate: Work closely with experienced team members, gaining insights through job shadowing and direct training.
• Engage: Directly contribute to client projects under the guidance of firm professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting (accounting focus preferred), with an expected graduation date no later than May 2028 and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: A demonstrated readiness to apply academic knowledge and develop practical skills in public accounting.
• Skills: Effective communication skills; A ready-to-learn and inquisitive mindset; Foundational understanding of accounting principles.
