What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain essential financial reports, analyses, and budgeting support schedules.
• Transaction Review: Review and analyze general ledger transactions and account activity to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations, conduct detailed reviews, and execute variance analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Participate actively in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Tool Development: Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and analytical tools to support financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required for this early career position.
• Experience: Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or general accounting is preferred.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential, coupled with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
