• Mission: Provides direct operational support to drivers and management to ensure efficient and exceptional transportation services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Problem-Solving: Find creative solutions to address various operational challenges that arise daily.
• Relationship Development: Build and foster strong professional relationships within the operations team and directly with Roehl drivers.
• Business Contribution: Actively contribute to business development initiatives, supporting the company’s growth.
• Driver Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers via phone and other designated communication channels.
• Data & Schedule Management: Monitor and maintain driver delivery appointments for freight, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all data entered into internal systems, and maintain detailed notes regarding driver and load interactions.

• Experience: Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges, build professional relationships, and contribute to business initiatives, coupled with experience in clear communication, collaboration, and accurate data handling.
