• Team: Reports to leadership within the operations department, training across various roles.
• Mission: Prepares individuals to cover absences and develop the skills needed to become a Driver Manager.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Communication: Ensure smooth and efficient freight operations through daily communication with your team of drivers.
• Delivery Assurance: Guarantee timely delivery of all freight shipments.
• Driver Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for road issues and professional growth.
• Shipment Monitoring: Track and monitor freight shipments to verify on-time deliveries.
• Leadership Support: Support leadership by assisting with special projects and taking on additional tasks as they arise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Relevant experience in sales or management within the transportation industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of achievement and success.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent prioritization abilities, and a competitive mindset.
• Bonus: Associate’s Degree preferred. Ability to lead by example, a drive to succeed, and a “refuse-to-lose” mentality.
