Internship Overview:
• Duration: 3 – 4 months, typically from May to August 2026.
• Role: As a Sales Intern, you will join a motivated team of student entrepreneurs. Your primary responsibility will be working face-to-face with homeowners, representing one of the country’s fastest-growing pest control brands.
• Compensation: This is a 100% performance-based role, offering uncapped commissions and bonuses. Most interns are projected to earn $10,000 – $15,000 in a single summer.
• Markets: The program operates in thriving markets across the U.S., including Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and other growing territories.
• Housing: Fully furnished company housing is provided near your assigned market, though at a discounted cost. You will live with your team.
• Training: The internship includes comprehensive sales training, consisting of virtual onboarding followed by an in-person bootcamp before launch. You’ll receive daily mentorship and structured training from industry-leading sales professionals and 7-figure earners.
