What You’ll Actually Do
• Production Support: Contribute to the manufacturing process of specialized truck bodies that protect people and communities.
• Operational Assistance: Support the operational environment of a dedicated vehicle production facility.
• Vehicle Assembly: Engage with the process of building highly customized pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units.
• Quality Dedication: Assist in maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship in vehicle construction.
• Process Engagement: Learn about various aspects involved in the custom truck manufacturing process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Age: Must be 18 years of age or older as of June 1, 2026.
• Experience: Eligibility: Must be a family member of a team member currently working at Pierce Manufacturing or Airport Products.
