The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Gain practical experience by working on projects that directly contribute to company goals and enhance your professional resume.
• Leadership Access: Connect directly with Cosm leadership, including the CEO, providing valuable insights and learning opportunities.
• Networking & Mentorship: Expand your professional network by interacting with other interns, your assigned intern buddy, teammates, and leaders across the organization.
• Skill Training: Participate in dedicated career skill training sessions covering best practices for job applications, recruiting, and interviewing.
• Professional Development: Advance your presentation and planning skills through active involvement in real-world scenarios.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing higher education, ideally at the Junior or Senior level at the start of the program. This program welcomes candidates from diverse academic fields, including those related to Design Engineering, Software Engineering, Sales, Audio/Video/Lighting, Customer Service & Content Operations, Product Management, Finance & Accounting, Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Venue Operations, Astrophysics, and Marketing. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Availability to work 20 hours per week during the defined internship period. Required attendance is hybrid, with in-office/venue presence at the role’s specified location.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail; a genuine interest in immersive technology and content.
