What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Contribute directly to departmental and broader business objectives by collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Support: Provide essential support for day-to-day operations and ongoing projects within your assigned department, assisting with critical tasks such as research, data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare: Aid internal stakeholders by helping in the preparation of presentations, summaries, and various materials while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate: Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills, knowledge, and gain exposure to banking operations, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Uphold: Strictly adhere to all established company policies and procedures, demonstrating professionalism in all tasks and performing other duties or special projects as assigned by supervisors.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree program in Business or a related field, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Junior or senior academic standing is preferred for this 8 to 10-week summer internship, providing hands-on engagement in the financial services industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt; ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is preferred.
