About the Internship:

Do you love working with numbers and want to use your skills to help others? As a Brighton Jones Summer Intern, you’ll join a client service team, shadowing seasoned professionals and contributing to real client work. You’ll witness our Personal CFO approach firsthand, gaining practical insights into comprehensive wealth management. We encourage interns to take on challenges, embrace feedback, and enjoy a supportive environment where growth, learning, and fun are integral to the experience.

What Our Internship Program Offers:

  • Firsthand Client Service Experience: Participate in internal prep meetings, observe live client interactions, and apply your learnings in a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory scenario.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with other interns across the country to deliver two final presentations, exploring the history of wealth management and showcasing your summer learnings.
  • Exposure to Diverse Business Areas: Opportunity to work on special projects to learn and get exposure to different areas of the business, such as impact, investments, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
  • Network Building: Connect with team members across the firm to learn about their roles, career paths, and experiences, broadening your understanding of the industry and exploring future possibilities.
  • Departmental Overviews: Gain insight into how each area of the business collaborates to fuel our growth.
  • Engaging Team Culture: Bond with team members through exciting team outings and various committee events.
  • Community Involvement: Get involved with various community service volunteer events with your team and the entire firm, embracing our value of community.
  • Career Development: Engage in programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: Interns who perform well may have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer to return as an Associate Advisor following graduation.

Program Details:

  • Application Priority: Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by December 1st, 2025.
  • Candidate Preference: Rising seniors are preferred.
  • Program Dates: June 15th – August 13th, 2026.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday – Friday, up to 40 hours a week, in the office.
  • Employment Type: This is a temporary, non-exempt/hourly position.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $22.00 per hour with potential for college credits, if applicable.
