What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct substantive legal research and prepare various writing assignments to support ongoing cases and projects.
• Projects: Actively participate in a wide variety of legal projects, gaining exposure to the firm’s commercial litigation matters.
• Training: Engage in comprehensive legal and practical skills training programs designed to enhance professional development.
• Mentorship: Receive dedicated mentorship and work assignment supervision to foster growth and provide constructive feedback.
• Engagement: Participate in pro bono opportunities, community service initiatives, and professional networking events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Enrolled law student, member of the JD class of 2028, applying for their 2L summer program. This role is specifically for the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Las Vegas.
• Experience: Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance and intellectual capability, reflecting a commitment to legal excellence. Experience showcasing effective interpersonal and communication skills, along with motivation, maturity, creativity, and independence, is essential for success in this summer program.
• Skills: Strong academic aptitude, analytical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and independent work ethic.
• Bonus: Highly preferred: Participation in mock trial, moot court, or law journal during your 2L year.
