Regulatory Intern | Gogo

The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Gogo, located in Broomfield, CO, requiring a minimum availability of 15 hours per week during 2026. Gogo is a company with a Regulatory Department that manages licensing, compliance, and international consultations related to its products and services. This role is crucial for supporting the department’s operational projects, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Interns are integral team members who gain exposure to real, complex projects, develop analytic problem-solving skills, and contribute to major corporate initiatives.

• Mission: Support the Regulatory Department by managing licensing obligations, conducting essential research, and drafting responses to international consultations to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documenting: Document regular reporting and fee payment processes that result from licensing obligations.
• Liaising: Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain the necessary information for reporting.
• Researching: Research current and future licenses and license obligations to ensure proactive compliance.
• Updating: Update the internal Gogo licensing database with new and revised information.
• Drafting: Draft responses to international consultations related to Gogo and Gogo’s products and services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level student in an accredited graduate or undergraduate program, ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Law, English, Engineering, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and an aptitude to work with new software and technology.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to focus on details, organize, and follow through; ability to work independently and as a team member; ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously; ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bonus: Willingness to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities to deliver solutions, along with a positive attitude.
