What You’ll Actually Do

• Develop: Cultivate function-specific expertise in Compliance and Governance, alongside enhancing personal and professional skills vital for a successful career.
• Collaborate: Work effectively within a team on a group project designed to address an actual business challenge, fostering connections with other interns and early career program participants across North America.
• Network: Build and maintain professional relationships with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers, gaining insights and mentorship opportunities.
• Learn: Support the dynamic Compliance team, contributing to daily tasks while deepening understanding of the Compliance and Governance environment within the insurance industry.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising university juniors or seniors pursuing a degree, with an interest in Compliance and Governance within the insurance industry.
• Experience: Entry-level. No prior professional experience required, but demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities are essential.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills for professional relationship development. Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks. A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential business applications is essential.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
