What You’ll Actually Do
• Opportunity Identification: Assist senior analysts and traders in identifying investment opportunities across equity and options markets.
• Company Analysis: Perform in-depth company analysis focused on future catalyst events to inform trading decisions.
• Market Reaction: Provide real-time opinions on breaking news throughout the trading day, influencing immediate market strategies.
• Financial Tracking: Track company news and significant market events, supporting valuation work.
• Project Execution: Complete event-driven projects, contributing to the team’s research and strategic initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This internship is for a student intending to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and begin full-time employment by August 2028.
• Experience: Prior exposure to fundamental company research is a preferred qualification for this role.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills, robust analytical capabilities, and proven financial research proficiency are essential. The ability to prioritize and effectively complete multiple tasks is also required.
• Bonus: A demonstrated interest in the financial markets, coupled with familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products, is highly valued.
