What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Discover the experience of being part of a leading commercial insurance brokerage through meaningful hands-on projects.
• Carrier Engagement: Support carrier engagement activities, including the development and distribution of carrier insights.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal industry and product leaders on various carrier engagement activities.
• Problem Solving: Tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry in groups of 2-3 interns.
• Presentations: Present your findings and recommendations on real-world challenges to Lockton leadership at the conclusion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student pursuing a degree in Insurance, Analytics, Risk, Finance, or other related fields, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Experience: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
