2027 Chase Leadership Development Program – Summer Analyst Opportunity (New York Metro) | JPMorganChase
The Tone:
This is a Summer Analyst role in the 2027 Chase Leadership Development Program at JPMorganChase, located in the New York Metro area. JPMorganChase is a leading financial services firm, with its Chase division committed to creating engaged, lifelong relationships and helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of products. This program offers a rigorous 9-week introduction, designed to provide a comprehensive look at Chase. Summer Analysts are placed in roles focused on Product, Project/Program Management, or Strategy & Strategic Initiatives, where they contribute to value-add business matters with real-life impact on customers. The role provides a framework for career growth through training, experiences, and access across various businesses, supported by a collaborative culture and a strong network of mentors and leaders, with the potential for a full-time offer into a 2-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Measure: Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward related business decisions, and assess and forecast profit.
• Drive: Drive product development through the lifecycle, including testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new and developing features.
• Manage: Manage project management efforts for high visibility of our brands, inclusive of marketing & media initiatives.
• Evaluate: Evaluate and quantify business strategies in line with regulatory controls.
• Develop: Develop solutions for key business cases by collaborating as needed across business, product areas, and functions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation of December 2027 through June 2028.
• Experience: Entry-Level role; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; ability to thrive in a changing collaborative environment; interest in supporting financial products and services of the future.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent project management, problem solving, and collaboration skills; a proactive team player with unwavering professionalism and the courage to tackle challenges.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0; coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business.
