Job Description: Summer 2025 Quality Internship
tarte cosmetics is seeking a rising senior from an accredited college/university for a summer internship in their New York City office. This in-person internship runs from June 3rd to August 7th, 2025. The role offers hands-on experience in quality assurance within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in assembling regulatory documentation for creating Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
• Distribute SDSs as requested by Regulatory departments, retailers, and 3PLs.
• Review and maintain lab reports and test trackers.
• Perform quality inspections of finished goods and issue inspection Quality Reports.
• Assist the Quality department in troubleshooting product quality concerns.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Current student of an accredited college/university; rising seniors preferred.
• Ability to work in-person in the NYC office (June 3rd – August 7th).
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
