Summer 2025 Internship – Project Coordinator, Technology Operations

This internship offers hands-on experience within the Technology Operations team, focusing on projects that deliver significant business value. As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team, gaining valuable insight into project execution from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in scheduling and monitoring project milestones, coordinating key participants, and driving tasks towards completion.
• Working with teams on requirements gathering, documentation, and status reporting.
• Utilizing your understanding of internal processes to route tasks to the appropriate departments based on project stage.
• Preparing and facilitating efficient meetings, including agendas, objectives, goals, and action items.
• Summarizing, communicating, and distributing meeting notes/next steps promptly after critical meetings.
• Updating and distributing weekly status reports and inputting project data.
• Communicating across multiple departments regarding project progress, workflow, timeliness, and challenges.
• Owning special projects as assigned by the Technology Head of PMO.

Requirements:

• Completion of at least 2 years towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• High energy, ambition, and strong organizational skills with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate quick learning capabilities.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to concisely summarize meeting minutes and action items.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Location: Hybrid, based in the New York City office.

Dates: June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025.

Salary: $25.00/hour

This internship provides exposure to various aspects of the Technology team, including Data, Product, Operations, Engineering, and UX. You’ll learn how to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and build valuable professional relationships.
