Suite Attendant | ASM GLOBAL
The Tone:
This is an on-site role at ASM GLOBAL’s Adventist Health Arena. ASM GLOBAL leads in privately managed public assembly facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction within the facility’s suites, upholding consistent presentation and operational efficiency.

• Mission: Delivers outstanding guest experiences and maintains operational standards in facility suites through attentive service and diligent management.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience Management: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, performing all guest contact activities—including serving food and beverages and addressing questions—in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, while immediately communicating any special requests or concerns to the Suite Supervisor.
• Food and Beverage Service Excellence: Ensure all food and beverages are served with consistent presentation and proper temperature, meticulously setting up and checking on game day orders, replenishing items as needed, and obtaining host signatures for charges in a timely manner.
• Operational Compliance & Safety: Strictly enforce all sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA requirements, adhering to all rules and regulations specific to food and beverage operations within the ASM GLOBAL Food and Beverage Division.
• Suite Preparation & Maintenance: Organize, clean, maintain, and look after all equipment, China, glass, and silverware for events, verifying and setting up all pre-game/event orders, and ensuring all storerooms are clean, organized, and secured.
• Event Close-Out & Reset: Execute designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and energy efficient, clearing all items from the suite, thoroughly cleaning all surfaces and chafing dishes, and resetting the suite for the next function before checking out with management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a minimum of one year of formal experience as a Banquet Server, gained within a conference center, banquet facility, arena, full-service hotel, or established restaurant operation.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years old, available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and committed to being present for all major events at the Adventist Health Arena, while consistently adhering to all ASM GLOBAL-SAVOR policies and procedures.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent guest service abilities with adherence to Universal Service Standards; strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests; and comprehensive knowledge in operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues.
• Bonus: Capacity to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training, obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, and attend all ASM GLOBAL Alcohol and Policy Training Classes.
