• Team: Collaborates with the team and reports to the Studio Manager.
• Mission: Owns creating a seamless and welcoming guest experience across both studio and retail environments while upholding brand standards and fostering community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Welcoming: Create a welcoming presence for every guest, fostering meaningful connections in both studio and retail spaces.
• Client Administration: Accurately manage client registrations, check-ins, and process payments for classes and retail products.
• Environment Maintenance: Ensure the studio and associated areas meet organization, cleanliness, and visual standards, including class setup, reset, and cleaning mats and props.
• Community & Sales: Educate guests on ALO classes, workshops, and community offerings, supporting sales of memberships, class packages, and retail products.
• Retail Support: Support the retail space as needed during class times and slower studio moments, collaborating with the team for smooth cross-functional operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry level career experience.
• Experience: Strong customer service or retail experience, with wellness/fitness experience being a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine, brand-aligned environment.
• Bonus: MindBody experience is preferred, and alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles is essential.
