The BIOVIA Lab Services team develops software that serves as the hub of BIOVIA’s Lab Management suite of products. Their software is utilized by prominent pharmaceutical companies and plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, maximizing quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation.
The BIOVIA R&D team is seeking a student intern to collaborate within a team focused on developing innovative software solutions that support the sustainability initiatives of customers across various industries. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn the fundamentals of commercial software development within a well-established and collaborative agile development team.
Role Description and Responsibilities:
As a student intern, you will be working with a team to develop software solutions for customers of BIOVIA.
Qualifications:
• Previous software development experience.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented design and implementation using Java, Groovy, or other similar languages.
• Good understanding of Web UI technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, ReactJS, etc.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Having an analytical mind, desire to learn, excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a strong orientation to detail.
