What You’ll Actually Do
• Food Preparation: Prepares and builds food items following standardized recipes and directions.
• Workstation Management: Sets up, breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations including prep tables and service counters.
• Customer Service: Serves food to customers, ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
• Stock Maintenance: Replenishes food items and ensures products are stocked to appropriate levels.
• Safety Adherence: Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student status. Must have or acquire food safety certification.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is strictly required.
• Skills: Demonstrates guest service skills, ability to maintain a positive demeanor, and capacity to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Bonus: Previous food service experience is preferred.
