About the Role
This is a full-time, 12-week Strategic Marketing Internship for Summer 2026, supporting the Market Operations team. The intern will be responsible for analyzing industry marketing, performing comparative market research, identifying new marketing opportunities, and drafting proposals for creative marketing initiatives, all while working in a hybrid environment requiring 1-2 days in-office per week.

What You’ll Do
• Support our Market Operations team in analyzing and evaluating industry marketing.
• Perform comparative market research.
• Identify additional marketing opportunities.
• Draft proposals for creative marketing initiatives.
• Research industry marketing trends and efforts to gain competitive intel on marketing efforts and sponsorships.
• Create marketing initiatives based on a combination of Acquisition, Local, and Retention marketing strategies.
• Use top-of funnel tactics that focus on brand awareness and impressions.
• Utilize Search Engine Optimization, programmatic displays, social media, and AI to target diverse populations within the market.
• Employ traditional, direct methods of communication to gauge member satisfaction.
• Create proposals on marketing initiatives based on innovation with broad, inclusive strategic appeal.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week.
• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, or related degree at an accredited college or university.

Bonus Qualifications
• Public speaking experience.
• Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Salary range for California is $20.64/hr – $29.48/hr.
