Store Planning & Facilities Intern | Loro Piana

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship

• Pay: $20 hourly
• Team: Store Planning and Retail Facilities teams
• Mission: Support the execution of new store openings, relocations, and expansion projects while managing facilities invoices and financial workflows within SAP.
• Tech Stack: SAP, MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD (or design software)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Tracking: Support Store Planning project managers in tracking timelines, action logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations.
• Documentation Management: Assist in organizing, maintaining, and distributing architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors.
• Communication Coordination: Help coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project milestones.
• Invoice Ownership: Own the end-to-end invoice management process for the Facilities team, ensuring timely logging, verification, and routing for approval.
• SAP Operations: Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders (POs), and manage Goods Receipts (GRs) utilizing SAP.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Architecture, or Interior Design. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Prior experience or strong familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and financial tracking is required.
• Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, is also necessary.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.
