Food Runner – Morning | Marriott International

What You’ll Actually Do
• Closing Operations: Complete daily closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning all equipment and areas, and securing facilities.
• Area Maintenance: Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout the day, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Guest & Team Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, use clear and professional language, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No supervisory experience required.
• Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Skills: Ability to read and visually verify information; ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period; ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
