• Mission: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintain station safety and security, and support operational integrity through attentive service and diligent facility management.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting and assisting all customers, responding to inquiries, and helping them locate desired products.
• Safety & Loss Prevention: Ensure a secure environment for guests and team members by actively patrolling the station, deterring theft, mitigating shortage risks, and maintaining constant vigilance for unusual activities.
• Incident Management: Respond effectively to safety and security issues, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and promptly reporting significant incidents or unusual occurrences to management or law enforcement with written documentation.
• Station Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all indoor and outdoor station facilities, including restrooms, fuel islands, pumps, and car wash, while ensuring product displays are fully stocked and orderly.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 years of age for overnight shifts (10 PM to 6 AM).
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and make decisions in a timely manner, including skills in de-escalation of customer situations.
• Skills: Proficiency in English for understanding policies and effectively communicating with customers and coworkers; strong attention to detail; ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Bonus: Security and loss prevention experience preferred.
