• Mission: Optimize working methods within Group HR by automating activities and facilitating the integration of new digital and AI technologies globally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• AI Prompt Design: Design, write, and optimize AI prompts to enhance HR processes and projects across areas like payroll and administrative management.
• Solution Development: Identify relevant use cases and propose concrete solutions for improving productivity and reliability within HR operations.
• International HR Project Contribution: Participate in the coordination of and contribute to international HR projects, including process harmonization, payroll, time management, and Wellbeing programs.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and utilize HR data to develop dashboards, indicators, and support various reporting needs.
• Digital HR Benchmarking: Conduct monitoring and benchmarking activities on best practices in digital HR.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Data HR, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Project Management. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Seeking a six-month internship starting January 2027, with initial mastery of prompt engineering.
• Skills: Aptitude for project management, strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working in an international environment, and good written and oral English proficiency.
• Bonus: Curiosity about and interest in new technologies, a keen interest in AI tools, and an attraction to HR topics such as payroll, personnel administration, time management, and workplace well-being.
