• Mission: This person will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and support senior staff in managing the complex finances of high-net-worth clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• General Ledger: Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile bank, credit card, and investment accounts.
• Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Record Keeping: Organize financial records and maintain client files.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Entry-level.
• Experience: No prior experience required; internship or prior bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, solid Excel skills, comfort working with technology, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
