What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger Management: Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general ledger activities.
• Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Cost and Inventory Accuracy: Help maintain accurate cost and inventory data and contribute to variance analysis.
• Financial Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation, schedules, and materials to support audits.
• Reporting Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or actively pursuing completion) with a foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience: Internship or prior early experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
