What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Participation: Participate in different phases of the audit and/or tax engagement.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct planning, testing, researching, and reporting activities.
• Reporting & Compliance: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Specialization: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client & Team Interaction: Engage in meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with diverse clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
• Skills: Demonstrated detail-orientation, leadership potential, strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
