What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger Management: Assist with maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Financial Statement Support: Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Accounts Receivable Oversight: Assist with customer invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Process Enhancement: Participate in process improvements and system updates.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Aid: Support the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience: Possess 1+ years of experience in accounting.
• Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and management, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
