What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• General Ledger: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Financial Closings: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This entry-level position requires a strong foundational understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes, essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various accounting software applications and a strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting are required.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for managing financial data.
