What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare financial statements, compilations, reviews, and complex business and individual tax returns for clients.
• Utilize modern accounting technology to ensure high-quality results in all deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with team members, managers, and clients to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and client expectations to ensure successful completion of engagements.
• Identify and research accounting and tax issues, develop practical resolutions, and stay current on professional standards and firm policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, suitable for new or soon-to-be graduates with progress toward CPA certification.
• Skills: Tech-savvy mindset with confidence in using Microsoft Office and accounting software, strong communication skills, and a professional presence with a passion for exceptional client service.
