Staff Accountant (Real Estate) | LHH

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Prepare and post journal entries, and reconcile accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Financial Closing Support: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including the management of accruals and adjustments.
• Reporting and Audit: Generate financial reports, provide support for audits, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Property Accounting: Perform accounting duties for multiple commercial real estate properties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; recent graduate or up to two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience: Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and an eagerness to learn.
