The Staff Accountant plays a key part in managing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations and supporting the company’s overall financial health.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close Support: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and detailed reconciliations to effectively support the financial close process.
• Intercompany Accounting: Execute intercompany transactions and conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, including depreciation schedules, and perform all associated reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable Processing: Accurately process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely execution of weekly check runs.
• Compliance & Reconciliation: Manage 1099 vendor information, assist with year-end reporting, and support corporate credit card reconciliation and business license tracking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of accounting experience.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented accuracy, and capability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
