What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Close: Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile specific asset and liability accounts to support month-end close processes.
• Financial Compliance: Provide and maintain support for financial audits and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Accounts Payable Management: Maintain all Accounts Payable files, prepare checks, respond to inquiries, and match purchase orders with vendors.
• Accounts Receivable Processing: Release customer invoices, post and review credit card payments and receipts, and assist with daily deposit and payment application.
• Cross-functional Improvement: Partner with other departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting for transactions and to improve close processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently, strong work ethic, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Acumatica accounting software.
