What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform reconciliations.
• Support: Assist with critical month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Report: Generate financial statements and provide assistance with reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee: Support the daily operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Analyze: Perform variance analysis, assist in budget preparation, and participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an early career role.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience, including internships or staff positions.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exposure to ERP or accounting systems, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
