What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile: Assist in the reconciliation and in-depth analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• Report: Generate and accurately file all required month-end financial reports.
• Monitor: Actively monitor and track both revenue streams and overall budget performance.
• Record: Prepare comprehensive journal entries, specifically including fixed asset and accrual entries.
• Maintain: Verify and meticulously post account transactions to ensure accounting ledgers are current and accurate.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, suitable for an early-career professional.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Strong written and verbal communication abilities; Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
