What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Manage and post journal entries, ensuring all accounts and financial statements comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Financial Closings: Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the precise preparation of accruals and necessary adjustments.
• Reporting & Audits: Generate essential financial reports and provide comprehensive assistance for audits, maintaining high accuracy in all financial data.
• Property Accounting: Perform all required accounting duties specifically for multiple commercial real estate properties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ideal for an entry-level professional eager to grow within real estate accounting.
• Experience: Up to two years of relevant accounting experience, with specific experience performing accounting for commercial real estate properties.
