What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Inventory: Assist with inventory accounting, including conducting reconciliations, performing analysis, and preparing related reports.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and various general ledger accounts, actively resolving any identified discrepancies.
• Reporting: Prepare and support both internal and external financial reports for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing accounting processes, improve reporting accuracy, and increase overall efficiencies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational knowledge in accounting principles.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Excel and various accounting software packages.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
