What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the accounting functions related to your assigned products.
• Execute: Perform all month-end close tasks and prepare comprehensive financial statement analysis.
• Reconcile: Prepare accurate bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Analyze: Review and analyze general ledger transactions and accounts, applying technical judgment to ensure proper financial recording.
• Improve: Update accounting processes and procedures, making best use of automation tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel; strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks; excellent communication skills to interact professionally with all levels; capable of taking initiative and working independently to improve processes.
• Bonus: CPA certification; experience with Workday Finance; financial services industry experience.
