• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, QuickBooks Online

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Journal entries and maintain all necessary supporting documentation.
• Assist: With monthly and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform: Account reconciliations and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies found.
• Ensure: Accuracy and proper coding for all invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
• Prepare: And review customer invoices to guarantee accuracy and timely billing processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or a related role.
• Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency (including pivot tables and lookup functions), strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred, along with self-motivation and a desire for professional growth within the organization.
