• Team: GTM DCX team, part of the Business Technology Organization, manages full lifecycle application development.
• Mission: This role serves as a tech lead, owning the delivery of critical cloud infrastructure, edge routing, and Java-based micro-services to ensure the architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of the backend ecosystem.
• Tech Stack: Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, Kubernetes, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Leadership: Lead the backend engineering track, driving code quality, architecture, and robust delivery using Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework for micro-services.
• Architecture & Cloud Design: Partner with the Solution Architect to design and maintain high-availability systems leveraging AWS services, Cloudflare, and containerization technologies.
• AI Adoption & Coaching: Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and actively coach the development team to use them to maximize efficiency and output.
• Complex Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical problem solver for the team, translating complex business use cases and intricate requirements into scalable, clean, and highly performant technical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise cloud platforms.
• Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise Software Application Development, with hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on AWS platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers).
• Skills: Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, AWS Services, Cloudflare, Docker, Kubernetes, troubleshooting, architectural design.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and content management system best practices, attention to detail with the ability to analyze and tackle sophisticated problems, and proven ability to learn and embrace new technologies.
