What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support financial analysis and reporting for the Investments & Wealth business.
• Contribute: Contribute to key Finance processes, including period close, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Analyze: Analyze key financial metrics, including AUM, revenue, expenses, and organic growth, to generate meaningful insights for business and Finance leadership.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and support short- and long-term priorities, planning efforts, and projects.
• Improve: Demonstrate a process owner mindset by proactively improving workflows and strengthening reporting processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an early-career position.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, coupled with a proactive approach to stakeholder communication and follow-through.
