This position is vital for supporting GreenState’s mission by providing expert service and information on insurance products, ensuring member satisfaction, policy retention, and sales support.

• Pay: $20.97–$24.52 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager; collaborates with various licensed insurance professionals.
• Mission: This role provides professional service to members regarding insurance products, supports policy retention, and offers sales assistance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Service: Provides accurate, timely, and professional service to all members and staff in daily transactions and inquiries.
• Product Information: Offers information and answers questions regarding GreenState Insurance products and services.
• Policy Management: Processes policy updates, change requests, cancellations, and sends binders of insurance for Producers/LIAs.
• Billing Resolution: Researches and resolves billing questions and discrepancies, requesting exceptions and extensions from companies as needed.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintains appropriate continuing education credits and upholds agency guidelines, processes, and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. High school diploma or the equivalent. Property and Casualty Insurance license is required, to be obtained within 30 days of the hire date.
• Experience: 0-2 years of similar or related experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to coordinate and prioritize detailed projects with good time management, proficiency in various software programs, and ability to make quick judgments without much guidance.
• Bonus: Insurance experience is preferred.
