What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Apply analytical mindset and strategic thinking to support strategic initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management’s Wealth business.
• Rotate: Gain broad exposure to the Wealth channel through a structured rotational program across Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing.
• Innovate: Develop and test original ideas to create new possibilities for the business.
• Collaborate: Build strong professional connections and partner directly with business leaders on meaningful and challenging work.
• Learn: Receive practical on-the-job learning complemented by formal training in areas such as financial modelling and presentation skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027 with an interest in financial services.
• Experience: Comfort and experience working with Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, a proactive and resourceful attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort in building collaborative working relationships.
• Skills: Critical thinking, strong numerical skills, and the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.
