Emerging Professionals Program Associate (STEP) | QED
The Tone:
This is a 12-month rotational program at QED, located in Denver, CO. Founded in Denver in 1987, QED is a company that provides high-quality electrical products and services to commercial and residential contractors, industrial facilities, and OEM businesses across Arizona and Colorado. This role is crucial to the Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP), which aims to educate, train, and develop the next generation of professionals, offering hands-on experience across all business functions. Through this program, associates gain comprehensive business acumen and prepare for significant contributions within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse/Logistics: Gain practical experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• Inside Sales/Counter: Develop skills in customer service and direct sales interactions.
• Projects & Quotations: Learn processes for managing projects and creating sales quotations.
• Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce: Explore strategies for digital marketing and online sales platforms.
• Outside Sales/Specialty Track: Engage with clients in the field and understand specialized sales approaches.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Career level is Entry-Level.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; a flexible and adaptable team player with an enthusiastic self-starter attitude.
