The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-month rotational program role at Codale Electric Supply, located in Salt Lake City, UT, designed for emerging professionals. Codale Electric Supply is a leading wholesale distributor that plays a crucial role in vital projects, from the new Salt Lake Airport and the Las Vegas Raiders stadium to commercial and industrial ventures across the Intermountain West. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Management: Obtain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations, learning processes from procurement to supply chain management.
• Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers through inside sales and counter roles, developing skills in service and product knowledge.
• Project Bidding: Participate in the development of project quotations and gain experience in managing project requirements from inception to completion.
• Digital Commerce: Contribute to marketing initiatives, digital solutions, and e-commerce strategies, enhancing online business presence and efficiency.
• Client Development: Explore and support outside sales efforts and specialty tracks, building relationships and expanding market reach.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. This is an entry-level program designed for emerging professionals.
• Experience: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 in your completed degree program.
• Skills: Demonstrate an enthusiastic and self-starter attitude, taking initiative in all tasks. Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills to effectively manage tasks and interact across teams. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Operate as a flexible and adaptable team player, collaborating effectively within a rotational environment.
